Terms and Conditions
Rules of organization of the Lucky Draws
The following are the rules of organization of the lucky draws organised by Restaurant Association of Singapore during the Singapore Restaurant Festival. Please read them carefully for your acceptance. If you have any doubt on the Rules, please contact Restaurant Association of Singapore at (65) 6479 7723.
1 Definitions and Interpretation
shall mean a period spanning from 1st July 2018 to 30 th September 2018;
shall mean EDENRED PTE. LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore with registered number 199903680N and having its registered office at 36 Prinsep Street, #04-01, Singapore 188648;
shall mean an electronic card that is completed when 6 stamps are accumulated by a Member, thus enabling the Member to be eligible for the Lucky Draw of the month;
shall mean the lucky draws organized in collaboration between Edenred Pte Ltd and Restaurant Association of Singapore during the Singapore Restaurant Festival held from 1st July 2018 to 30th September 2018;
shall mean any natural person having accepted the “Terms”;
shall mean restaurants registered in the SRF and agreeing to the “Terms of Service and Privacy” for merchants;
shall mean individually either Edenred, RAS or a Member, and collectively the “Parties”;
shall mean information collected that can be used to identify a Member, including but not limited to name, contact information, phone number, the amount of the bills, the payment method, restaurants attended by the Member, date and time of the payment and any information relating to the Merchants including without limitation data concerning their sourcing channel, purchase price, sales amount, business data and staff;
shall mean the Smart InStore application software;
shall mean a period spanning from 1st June to 30th June 2018;
shall mean the Restaurant Association of Singapore a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore with registered number S80SS0208L and having its registered office at 2985 Jalan Bukit Merah Singapore 159457;
shall mean the present Rules of organization of the Lucky Draws;
shall mean the Singapore Restaurant Festival held from 1st July 2018 to 30th September 2018;
2 Application of the Rules
2.1 The Rules shall apply to the Lucky Draws whenever applied for and shall be in effect until 31st October 2018.
2.2 Only Members may participate to the Lucky Draws.
2.3 The Rules are subject to the Terms. In the event of any discrepancy between the Rules and the Terms, the Rules shall prevail.
2.4 Each Member shall accept and comply with the Rules if he wishes to participate to the Lucky Draws.
2.5 Any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respects on each Member. Amendments to the Rules will be posted on the Platform and each Member will receive a notification by SMS.
2.6 Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Rules may disqualify a Member at any stage of the Lucky Draws, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
3 Organizations of the Lucky Draws
3.1 There will be 4 Lucky Draws:
a) The Pre-campaign Lucky Draw during the first week of July;
b) July’s Lucky Draw during the first week of August 2018;
c) August’s Lucky Draw during the first week of September 2018;
d) September’s Lucky Draw during the first week of October 2018;
3.2 The winners of the Pre-campaign Lucky Draw will be announced by RAS on the first week of July.
3.3 For July, August and September, the Lucky Draw winners of a month will be announced by RAS every first week of the subsequent month.
3.4 The winners of the grand draw will be announced by RAS a few days after the draws.
4 Eligibility of a Member for the Lucky Draws
4.1 In order to participate to the Lucky Draws, the Member shall have a Singaporean phone number and be above 21 years old as at the start of the Pre-campaign, otherwise parental consent must be sought.
4.2 The Member will be able to accumulate stamps during a period spanning from 1st July 2018 to 30th September 2018 (the “ Campaign”).
4.3 To be eligible for a Lucky Draw, a Member shall accumulate 6 stamps during the Campaign in order to complete an E-Reward Card. A Member may continue to accumulate stamps throughout the Campaign in the event of his E-Reward Card not being completed before the end of a month. In the month of completion of his E-Reward Card, the Member will be eligible for the Lucky Draw of that month.
4.4 If a Member enrols on the Platform before the commencement of the Campaign (the “Pre-campaign”), he will receive an already completed E-Reward Card, and thus, will be eligible for the pre-campaign Lucky Draw. E-Reward Cards delivered during the Pre-Campaign shall not be eligible for any subsequent Lucky Draws.
4.5 There shall not be any restrictions on the number of times a Member complete an E-Reward Card, and thus, on the number of times a Member is eligible for Lucky Draws. In particular, a Member may complete more than one E-Reward Card in the same month, which will be eligible for the same Lucky Draw.
5 Stamps awarding
5.1 Stamps are provided by a Merchant to a Member notwithstanding the amount spent by such Member with such Merchant, with a maximum of 4 stamps awarded per dining session as set out below.
5.2 1 stamp shall be awarded for dining in restaurants participating in the SRF.
5.3 1 additional stamp shall be awarded for dining in the month’s featured restaurant/cuisines:
-July: Japanese & Heritage restaurants
-August: Western & Korean restaurants
-September: Chinese & Asian(Viet, Thai, Indo, etc) restaurants
5.4 2 additional stamps shall be awarded to a Member paying via a DBS/POSB credit or debit card.
5.5 1 additional stamp shall be awarded for purchasing q salted egg yolk dish from SRF participating restaurants. Please check list of participating restaurants serving salted egg yolk dishes on http://www.singaporerestaurantfestival.com .
6 Random draw of completed E-Reward Cards
6.1 Every drawn completed E-Reward Card will allow the granting of a prize to the Member owning such E-Reward Card and will be then removed and not eligible for any subsequent Lucky Draws.
6.2 Each undrawn completed E-Reward Card in the Lucky Draw of a month will be eligible for the grand draw in October.
7 Granting of prizes
7.1 RAS will contact each Member who is a winner in order for him to collect his prize and shall further deliver the prize at the address designated by such Member. If a Member cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 15 days from the first contact attempt made by RAS, such Member will be disqualified and another winner will be selected.
7.2 RAS’ decision on the winners is final. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
7.3 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.1 RAS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate at any time the Lucky Draws or to conduct the Lucky Draws by another mode in such circumstances as RAS may deem appropriate.
8.2 RAS reserves the right, at any time in their sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the Member.
9 Personal Data utilization
9.1 Edenred will be the sole owner of the Personal Data.
9.2 Without prejudice of the provisions of the Terms and of any data protection legislation, by participating in the Lucky Draws and as long as the Member does not ask for deregistration on the Platform, the Member shall consent to the collection by Merchants, and retention, usage and distribution of their Personal Data by Edenred and RAS for the purpose of the administration of the Lucky Draws and any other purposes to which the Member has consented under the Terms.
10 Limitation of liability
10.1 Neither Edenred nor RAS shall be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Lucky Draws, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). If applicable, all warranty claims in regards to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer.
10.2 Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these Rules and in the Terms apply to the Lucky Draws nor in respect of the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.
11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 The Rules shall be subject to the Laws of Singapore.
11.2 The Parties shall use their reasonable endeavours to settle amicably any dispute arising out of or in connection of the Rules before referring to the jurisdiction.
11.3 If no mutually acceptable settlement of the dispute is made within the 60 days from the commencement of the settlement negotiation or from the date of referral to an independent mediator or if any Party refuses to engage in any settlement negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to and resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may add to, or amend, these Terms with other notices, but these Terms shall remain the general framework.
When you accept an offline offer from a merchant to register on the App, you provide such merchant with your contact information (“ Personal Information”) that comprises, without limitation, your first name, your family name and your phone number. The merchant enters those data on the App and also records the total amount of your bill and the payment method you have used. Each time you visit a merchant that is registered on the App, the same data relating to your bill and payment method may be recorded on the App.
The backend system of the App also records the name of all merchants that you are visiting and the date and time of your dining at such merchants.
In the event you use an e-voucher, promotion, discount or other advantage offered by a merchant, such use will also be recorded on the App.
2. Security of your Personal Information
You will receive an SMS inviting you to click on a website link in order to read carefully the present Terms.
If you disagree with these Terms or fail to consent to them within 2 weeks, all the information collected in accordance with Clause 1 will be deleted from the backend system of the App. We guarantee that no copy of your Personal Information will be kept by us.
Upon the acceptance of the Terms, the information collected is and remains the sole property of EDENRED until you choose to unregister from the App by following the process set out in Clause 5.
During and after your engagement with us, merchants will have no access to your Personal Information.
At your un-registration, your Personal Information will be deleted by EDENRED and no copy will be kept.
3. Use of your Personal Information
EDENRED collects and uses your Personal Information to operate the App and to organise promotional activities consisting of e-vouchers, promotions, discounts or other advantages (each, a “Campaign”) proposed by merchants registered on the App.
You may receive SMS from EDENRED in relation to a Campaign. Those SMS will be sent at a random frequency not exceeding 5 SMS per week. Merchants associated to a Campaign may be other merchants than the initial merchant you shared your Personal Information with. Please note that any extra fees of receiving an SMS outside of Singapore will be at your own costs.
EDENRED may also transfer your Personal Information to its commercial partners in the context of promotion campaigns, organisation of events, lucky draws or contests, provided that such commercial partners will commit to keep your Personal Information confidential, use it for the sole purpose of such promotion campaigns, events, lucky draws or contests, and delete or return it to EDENRED at their expiry.
4. Access to and Updating
In accordance with section 21(1) of PDPA, you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your Personal Information, please send an email to smartinstore-SG@edenred.com . We may charge a fee for this service.
We want to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate and up to date. If any of the information that you have provided changes, please let us know the correct details by sending an email to smartinstore-SG@edenred.com .
If you no longer wish to receive offers in relation to Campaigns, you may send an email at smartinstore-SG@edenred.com .
You will receive an SMS confirming your un-registration from the App. You will not receive further SMS from EDENRED and your Personal Information will be deleted in accordance with Clause 2.

7. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. In such case, you will receive an SMS from EDENRED with a web link to read the last updated Terms.
